Quilt Back
This process uses a variety of stitch patterns on quilting machinery. This includes single needle quilters, such as scroll or panel ones, and multi-needle quilters.
Flange
The flange is the finish of the edges of a mattress’s panels. This flange is then used to attach the mattress panel to the innerspring, which is the main support system inside of a mattress.
Dust Cover
The dust cover, which can be made out of a woven or non-woven fabric, is attached to the underside of a foundation in order to avoid the collection of dust inside of the mattress itself.
Box Topper
Fabric that covers the top of the box spring, usually the center portion attached to ticking cover.
Inner Panels
The inner panels are the underlying layers of fabric that provides protection to the outside surface from the inner components of the mattress. These ensure an extended lifespan for the mattress.
X Soft Pocket Coil Pocketing
Pocketed coils refer to spring coils that are individually wrapped in nonwovens in order to provide personalized conformance and a reduction of significant motion disturbance (such as that caused by other bed occupants). The X Soft Pocket Coil Cover provides an ideal wrapping layer for each coil, improving upon such conformance and allowing for overall better sleep quality.
Quilting Threads & FR Threads
At Pacific we only stock the highest quality quilting threads that are guaranteed to keep you machines running and provide the strongest stitching available. Our FR threads meet all necessary government standards.
Adhesives
If you need bulk systems or spray cans our adhesive is the best you can get for foam to foam foam to fiber or foam to fabric applications. Fast drying. No annoying wait times that are typical with water based solutions.
